Based on my own experience, I would encourage everyone to answer the questionnaire before reading on. I must admit that I usually skip such activities when I read but I decided to do this one and found the results to be quite interesting. The total of your score relates to the stage of teaching you are at. A second chart provides a score based on each of the principles. I think that this information fits very well with our Exemplary Teaching document by helping to identify areas for growth.
